    They look a little different while on... When I put them on I no longer had a white swirl.. still pretty though!

    Very shimmery and pearlescent! The light blue is a cool tone. Would be great for Easter/spring time as a pastel, or in frosty weather to evoke frozen icy themes. Here it shows how reflective it is in bright sun. (In the background is Bright and Beautiful pedicure, a nice silver plaid shimmery ombré from fuchsia to purple.)
